CSA Membership

By becoming a member of our VIP program you accept the risks involved in growing garden herbs and vegetables. In the event that certain products/varieties are not available, or only available in limited quantities, you agree to be sympathetic and accepting of the fact that we have filled your share to the best of our abilities.

Please note, items found in the VIP shares are determined by the availability of the produce.  Members cannot choose what is included in the share, one exclusion allowed per season/box.

We grow a wide variety of herbs and vegetables which gives our customer a variety of tasty new items as well as pantry staples each week. As the seasons and crops change, so will the contents of the boxes.

VIP Garden Box Pick Up

Members commit to picking up their box at the location and time chosen at enrollment. Pick-up locations remain the same for the entire season. Pickups will take place on Civic and Stat holidays. If you are unable to pick up a box, you can ask someone else to come in your place, they have to give your name upon arrival.  You can also request a vacation stop or deferral if you are unable to pick up your box on a given week. One week's notice is required. 

Vacation Stop

If you are unable to pick up your box or you will be unable to receive your delivery on a given week, you may have your share moved to another week during the same season. For full season members, you would be receiving 2 shares during the week chosen. This request must be sent by email 1 week prior to your scheduled pick-up and is subject to availability for that week.

Please note: shares can be deferred one time per season

Missed Pick Up

Members who do not pick up their box will lose the box for that week. Their box will be donated to a local food bank. Please note that a cancelled delivery or a missed pick-up is considered a loss of the box, no replacements will be issued and refunds will not be given. Members commit to reading and understanding all VIP Garden Box information provided. Due to many factors beyond our control, being a member of our VIP program has both risks and rewards.

Cancellation Policy

Gardening is hard work and requires a lot of planning.  We are committed to providing vegetables & herbs for an entire season and VIP members are committed to receiving their box for an entire season. Upon signing up, no refunds will be given to those wishing to discontinue receiving their box.
